Training Ahead Australia undertake Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments on behalf of employers, contractors and principals.
Australian health and safety legislation requires employers to ensure employees are competent in equipment operation and the tasks to be performed.
VOC is a method of assessment that assists employers to meet Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements and assures staff are competent to operate equipment or perform a task. VOC’s also ensure that the original decision of competence was valid and reliable.
Training Ahead Australia can verify competencies on Non-High Risk competencies and High Risk Licences.
