  • TLIL3084 Implement a local possession authority 
ARTC Certificate of Achievement 
  • Track Force Protection Coordinator Level 3
Prerequisites
These will be required before a booking can be confirmed. 
  • Category 1 Rail Medical 
  • A statement of attainment for TLIF0020 Safely access the Rail Corridor (or equivalent)
  • A statement of attainment for CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry or equivalent which can include White card, Red card or other state equivalent
  • A statement of attainment for TLIF0027 Perform lookout duties (or equivalent)
  • A statement of attainment for TLIF2082 Perform handsignaller duties
  • A statement of attainment for TLIW0007 Operate under track protection rules (or equivalent)
  • A statement of attainment for TLIF2097 Use audible track warning devices 
  • A statement of attainment for TLIF0023 Conduct track protection assessment 
  • A statement of attainment for TLIW2037 Clip and Secure Points
  • A statement of attainment for TLIL3082 Implement absolute signal blocking 
  • A statement of attainment for TLIL0010 Implement track occupancy authority (or equivalent)
  • A statement of attainment for TLIL3083 Implement a track work authority and manage rail traffic through worksites 
  • A statement of attainment for TLIL4069 Plan and coordinate protection for multiple worksites within limits of a work on track authority
  • A statement of attainment for TLIC0025 Pilot rail traffic within work on track authority limits (or equivalent)
  • Certificate of Achievement for ARTC TA20 Track Force Protection Coordinator Level 2
  • TAA requires all students to be 18 years of age or older 
What to Bring and Wear:
For the practical‚ full PPE is required‚ including:
  • Work Boots‚
  • Long pants‚
  • Long Sleeve High Visibility Shirt or High Visibility Vest
  • Eye Protection - safety glasses
  • A Hard Hat
  • Safety Gloves
  • If you are unable to bring the above, please contact the TAA office to arrange to hire some in advance.
