Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation and change fees are addressed according to the notice given by the person making the request:
- Cancellation requested 7 or more days prior to the commencement of the course: Full amount refunded or held in credit for future use.
- Change of date requested 7 or more days prior to the commencement of the course: No change fee.
- Cancellation requested 3 to 7 days prior to the commencement of the course: 50% refunded, or held in credit for future use.
- Change of date requested 3 to 7 days prior to commencement of the course: We retain your original payment and charge a $50 change fee.
- Cancellation up to 2 days prior to course, no show on the day, arrive too late, withdrawal during the course: All monies forfeited.
- Change of date requested up to 2 days and day prior to course commencement: We retain your original payment and charge a $50 change fee
- Where a refund is due to a candidate, the applicable refund amount will be provided within thirty days from completion of the refund form.
Payments – Companies on Accounts
- If a day course has been booked, a minimum day rate will be charged, regardless of how many students attend the course (for companies booking an on site)
- Payment is required 7 days from invoice date. If payment terms are exceeded, further certificates will be withheld until account is up to date
- Where a payment is not made in the required trading terms, the invoice may be passed on to a debt collection agency and an onconsting fee of 3.3% of total invoice may be added to the invoice

Rail Industry Workers Card and Medicals
- Where TAA organise RIWCs on behalf of the client, they are not liable for ensuring the correct Roles are applied to the individual.
- If a card is not completed within 3 months (including the completion of a Category 3 Rail medical and 100pt ID check done) the card will expire and be removed off the system. The client will then be required to pay the $110 re-processing fee
- If a drug and alcohol test requires further testing, a fee of $99 will be charged per person
- All Category 3 Rail Medicals must be completed within 4 weeks of the start date. Eg, if a second Drug and Alcohol is required, it must be done within 4 weeks or a entirely new medical is required, at our Port Melbourne office
- Only a copy of the overall result of a Category 3 Rail medical is provided to the employer unless the student completes a disclaimer approving full results to be sent to them
Pre Requisites
- When pre requisites are required, if they are not supplied to TAA 48 hours before the course, the student will forfeit their seat and there payment will be non refundable
- It is the companies responsibility to ensure all pre-requisites are met under the Pegasus Matrix, the TAA staff do not check this before the commencement of a course
- Certificates will not be sent out until all pre-requisites are recieved
