Enrolment Process

Enrolment Process

Step 1: Enrollment

  • Complete the online enrollment form at the following link:

    • Ensure all required details are filled in correctly before submission.

Step 2: Payment & Confirmation

  • Submit payment at the time of enrollment.
  • Upon successful submission, you will receive an enrollment confirmation email.

Step 3: Access the Learning Portal

  • Follow the instructions provided in the confirmation email to sign up for the aXcelerate Learning Portal.
  • Create your learning portal account and log in to access the course materials.

Step 4: Course Completion

  • Progress through the course modules via the learning portal.
  • Complete each course as required. Upon successful completion, you will receive a confirmation email.

Step 5: Certificate Issuance

  • Your certificate of completion will be emailed to you on the same day you finish the course
  • Ensure you check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders) for the certificate.

How did the Productivity Training come about?

  • The Productivity Training was introduced as part of the 2023-24 agreements in Linfox, BevChain, and Linfox Fuel.

What is the Productivity Training?

  • It’s an initiative designed to enhance productivity within Linfox and its subsidiaries by reducing time lost to disputes. Eligible workers who complete the online training will receive an additional 1% pay increase. The training covers industrial rights and obligations in a way that promotes workplace productivity and competitiveness in transport.

Who qualifies for the Productivity Training and the 1% increase?

  • All employees, including casuals and labour hire workers, are eligible.

What do I need to do to complete the training?

  • Simply complete the online training successfully.

How long does the training take?

  • The training takes approximately 35 minutes and should be completed during work hours. Your local manager or supervisor will schedule you for the training. If you require alternative arrangements, speak with your supervisor.

How much does the training cost?

  • The cost of the training is $1200.00.

When and how do I complete the training?

  • Once payment is made, a training link will be sent to you.

When will the 1% pay increase apply?

  • For Linfox NEA and BevChain NEA employees:
    • If training is completed before 1 July 2025, the increase will apply from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2025.
    • If training is completed after 1 July 2025, the increase will apply from the first full pay period following notification to Linfox of successful completion.
  • For Linfox Bulk Petroleum employees:
    • If training is completed before 31 December 2025, the increase will apply from the first full pay period on or after 31 December 2025.
    • If training is completed after 31 December 2025, the increase will apply from the first full pay period following notification to Linfox of successful completion.

Administrative Requirements

All Linfox Group and labour hire employees to email their certificate to Workplace_relations@linfox.com.

All individuals are responsible for notifying Linfox directly; this is not the responsibility of the training provider.

Non-accredited Training.

No Guarantee

Training Ahead does not provide any guarantee that:

  • A student will successfully complete a training product on its scope of registration; or
  • A student will obtain a particular employment outcome where this is outside the control of the RTO.
Work Placement

This course does not require work placements.

Government Funded Training

This course is not eligible for Government Subsidies through Training Ahead Australia.
